Auction Rules

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED TO BID. If you need help or rush approval,

call the Auction and customer service will walk you through the

process. Dealers, have your Dealer License ID and expiration date

ready, Private customers, have your driver’s license and expiration

ready.

HOW TO BID? Log in to the Auction and choose our sale to see a full list or

simply use the search at the top of the page, type in the stock

number or last 8 of the VIN.

HOW DO I BID?

The fastest way is to log back into the Auction and you will see an alert on the dashboard showing the

number of vehicles won. You can even print out an invoice from the

site, see which cars you need to pick up, etc. You may also receive an

email with a copy of the invoices or a call from customer service

letting you know you’ve won.

HOW DO I PAY? We accept CASH and CREDIT CARDS (fees applied). . The Auction will have the billing paperwork and the keys once payment is received.

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? Usually, the vehicles will be billed and

ready for pickup by the end of business on the day of the auction. If you

need a rush, let the auction managers know.

CARS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP NO LATER 24 hours after the

auction or you will be charged storage fees. Don’t touch any vehicles in our lot not marked for auction

This is an “AS IS Auction”, we do everything in our power to list the

cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on

the site. All vehicles sold as is how is, where is.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition

before bidding.

AFTER THE SALE IS OVER No repairs of any kind. No locksmiths allowed. No gas or batteries can be installed. No vehicles will be placed on the street (we respect our Neighbors). If the vehicle won’t start, you must arrange for a tow. Troy’s Towing offers flat rate outs, inquire when making final payment. Any tow company wanting to pick up from here, must be insured with general liability, workman’s comp & provide and hold harmless on company letterhead.
